Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bicep Heart AI at https://bicepheart-ai.org. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Bicep Heart AI lets you upload a photo and generate a short video in the style of the viral bicep heart trend using AI video generation. Bicep Heart AI is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Trendformusic, the TikTok creators who made the trend popular, any other creator named on this site, or any record label.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Bicep Heart AI, and at least 18 to buy credits. Sign-in with Google is needed to upload and generate. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload a photo of yourself, of an adult (18+) who agreed, or of your own pet, and only photos you own or have permission to use. You must not upload photos of celebrities or public figures. The AI may refuse such photos.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bicep Heart AI to:

• impersonate any person, including the creators of the trend, or pass off a video as real footage of them;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited licence to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you generate, including commercially (ads, promotions, client work and sponsored posts) and on personal social accounts. Videos carry no watermark. Please label them as AI-generated where required.

Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and the AI provider doesn’t keep them. Generated videos stay in your account. We delete anything earlier, or your videos and your whole account, on request by email. See the Privacy Policy.

AI Output

AI results can vary. We do not guarantee that a video will be accurate, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, and you are responsible for reviewing it before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Credits come in one-time packs, not subscriptions; prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe. Credits never expire. A render that fails, or a photo the model’s content check refuses, gets its credits back automatically. If a finished video has a problem, email support@bicepheart-ai.org and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method through Stripe; if you’ve used only part of a pack, we refund the credits you haven’t used in money too.

Termination

You may stop using Bicep Heart AI at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use Bicep Heart AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
