Common Requests

• Video problems: the result looks wrong, failed to generate or won’t download.
• Refunds: If a finished video has a problem, email support@bicepheart-ai.org and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method through Stripe; if you’ve used only part of a pack, we refund the credits you haven’t used in money too.
• Account and billing: sign-in issues, credits, orders and invoices.
• Privacy: requests to delete your photos before the automatic 30-day deletion, or your videos and whole account, or to access your data.
• Rights concerns: if you believe a video made with Bicep Heart AI uses your image or content without permission, email us the details and we’ll review it promptly.
