About Bicep Heart AI

Bicep Heart AI is a website that turns one photo into a 7-second video of the bicep heart trend. You upload a photo of yourself, an adult who agreed, or your own pet, and the AI puts that person or pet in the clip. The site is at bicepheart-ai.org.

Why This Site Exists

The bicep heart trend took off on TikTok in late October 2026, and it asks for very little: a smile, a flexed arm and a hand. Not everyone wants to film it, though, and a pet can’t be talked through it. This site makes the video from a photo instead, with no filming and no editing app.

How It Works

Our AI copies the original bicep heart clip, the same moves, framing and timing, and replaces the person in it with the subject of your photo, who keeps their own face, hair, clothes and body. The room stays the original clip’s dim green room, and the original TikTok sound by Trendformusic is already on the video.

Every video is 7 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p MP4, with no watermark, and takes about 5 minutes. Each one costs 10 credits. Credits come in one-time packs and never expire.

Photos and Refunds

Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and the AI provider doesn’t keep them. Generated videos stay in your account. We delete anything earlier, or your videos and your whole account, when you ask by email.

A failed render or a refused photo gives its credits back automatically. If a finished video has a problem, email support@bicepheart-ai.org and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method through Stripe; if you’ve used only part of a pack, we refund the credits you haven’t used in money too.

What We’re Not Connected To

Bicep Heart AI is an independent website. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Trendformusic or any creator named on this site.

Using It Responsibly

Only upload a photo of yourself, an adult who agreed, or your own pet. Don’t use photos of celebrities or public figures, and label your clip as AI-generated when you share it.
