This Privacy Policy explains how Bicep Heart AI ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://bicepheart-ai.org.

Information We Collect

1. Account information: sign-in is with Google, and we store your email address and name.
2. Photos you upload: the image you provide so we can create your video, including the person or pet shown in it.
3. Generated videos: the clips we create for you and related details such as task status and creation time.
4. Usage data: pages visited, features used, credits spent and technical data such as browser type, device information and IP-derived security signals.
5. Payment data: order and payment status. Payments go through Stripe; we don’t see your card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to create the videos you request, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service reliable, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We use your uploaded photo only to generate the video you asked for, and we do not use it to train models. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Service Providers

To run Bicep Heart AI we rely on trusted providers for hosting, file storage, AI video processing, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). They receive only the data needed to perform their service for us. AI processing means your photo is sent to an AI model provider to generate your clip. The AI provider doesn’t keep your photos.

Storage and Retention

Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Generated videos stay in your account so you can view and download them. We delete a photo earlier, or your videos and your whole account, when you ask by email at support@bicepheart-ai.org.

Your Choices and Rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing support@bicepheart-ai.org. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain processing or requesting a copy of your data.

Children

Bicep Heart AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and you must be at least 18 to buy credits. Other people in your photos must be adults (18+) who agreed.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
