How to Do the Bicep Heart Trend
The bicep heart pose step by step, and how to make the whole video from one photo without filming anything.
Last updated: 2026-11-06
To make the bicep heart trend without filming, upload one photo in Bicep Heart AI, sign in with Google, and wait about 5 minutes. You get a 7-second vertical 720p MP4 of you or your pet doing the pose, with the trend’s TikTok sound already on it and no watermark. There’s no prompt to write and nothing to edit. Each video uses 10 credits, and the smallest pack is $9.90 for 2 videos.
Want to do the pose by hand instead? That has its own section below.
How to Do the Bicep Heart Pose by Hand
- Smile at the camera with your hands low.
- Take your upper arm with your other hand.
- Flex that arm with your fist by your head.
- Curl your free hand against the bicep until hand and arm close into one heart.
- Hold it and smile.
You don’t need big muscles. The heart comes from your hand against your arm, so it works on any arm. This is the one-arm pose, with the heart beside the flexed arm. It is not the two-arm heart held over the head.
If the heart won’t close, turn the flexed arm toward the camera and bring the free hand in until the two curves meet. Filming it yourself usually takes a few tries, and that is normal for a move that depends on two arms lining up.
How to Make a Bicep Heart Video From One Photo
- Pick a photo. JPG, PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC, up to 10 MB. On a computer you can also send it from your phone by QR code.
- Upload it to the generator. Sign in with Google, add the photo and confirm who’s in it. Each video costs 10 credits, the same for people and pets.
- Wait about 5 minutes. You can leave the page: the video stays in your account under My videos.
- Download it or share it to TikTok. It’s 7 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p MP4, with the original TikTok sound by Trendformusic on it and no watermark.
Who can be in the photo: yourself, an adult who agreed, or your own pet. Photos of celebrities or public figures may be refused by the AI, and a refused photo gives its credits back automatically.
Photo Tips for a Better Video
- Waist up, facing the camera. That’s the framing that works best. A selfie from the waist up shows your arms; a tight, face-only crop doesn’t.
- Short sleeves. They show the heart best.
- Wear what you want to be seen in. Your own clothes carry into the video.
- One person or pet per photo. Group shots make it unclear who should take the performer’s place.
- Good light, no heavy filters. Dark photos and beauty filters give the AI less to work with.
- Don’t worry about the background. The room in the video is the original clip’s dim green room, not the place in your photo.
- Use a photo where you look like yourself. The video keeps your face, hair, clothes and body, so the photo you pick is the person you’ll see.
Why a Photo Fails, and What to Do
Most problems come from the photo, not the AI. Here is what to check before you try again.
- Only a face in the photo. With no arms or shoulders in the frame, there is little to build the pose on. Use a photo that goes down to the waist.
- More than one person. Each video takes one subject. Pick the photo where one person stands alone, or make one video each.
- A celebrity or public figure. These photos may be refused. Use your own photo or one of an adult who agreed.
- Something covering the arms. Short sleeves show the heart best.
If a render fails or a photo is refused, the credits come back automatically. If a finished video has a problem, email support@bicepheart-ai.org, as explained in the FAQ below. Generated details can vary from video to video, so a small difference from the original clip is not a fault by itself, but a video that looks wrong to you is worth sending in.
Other Ways to Do the Bicep Heart Trend
You can film it yourself, use an editing app or try a general AI video tool. Whichever you choose, check four things before you start:
- The exact pose. Does the heart close beside one flexed arm, or does the tool make something else, like a heart over the head?
- The sound. Is the trend’s sound on the video, or do you have to add it yourself?
- The watermark. Is there one on the file you download?
- The total cost. Add up the app, any subscription and the time it takes.
Bicep Heart AI is one fixed clip: one length, one room and one sound. In return you need one photo and 10 credits, with no prompt and nothing to edit.
How to Post Your Bicep Heart Video
- Post it as it is. The video is already vertical 9:16, so it fits TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Keep the sound. The original TikTok sound by Trendformusic is already on the video.
- Use the trend’s words. Open with “have you ever heard of a bicep heart...”, or send it to someone with “im sad please send bicep hearts”.
- Add the tags. #bicepheart and #bicephearttrend are the ones to use, and #aivideo tells people it’s AI.
- Say it’s AI. Label your clip as AI-generated when you post it.
- Send it to one person. The trend is often a message: a flex-heart for a friend, partner or mom who could use one.
- Post a pair. If you also make a pet video, post both, one after the other.
Bicep Heart How-To FAQ
How long does it take?
About 5 minutes per video. You can close the page and come back: the video stays in your account.
How much does it cost?
Each video costs 10 credits. Packs are Single at $9.90 for 20 credits (2 videos), Trio at $19.90 for 60 credits (6 videos) and Crew at $29.90 for 100 credits (10 videos). There’s no free trial, but you earn +1 credit per friend who signs up with your link (up to 50) and +10 credits when an invited friend first buys.
Can my pet do it?
Yes. Your pet stays a real animal: it sits up, raises one front leg like a flex and lifts the other paw toward it. Pets get a paw version of the pose, not a human arm. See the dog and cat guide.
Can a couple do it in one video?
Each video takes one photo of one subject. For a couple, make one video each.
Can I change the length, song or background?
No. Every video is 7 seconds, with the trend’s own sound and the original clip’s dim green room.
Is there a watermark?
No, your video has no watermark.
What if my video has a problem?
A failed render or a refused photo gives its credits back automatically. If a finished video has a problem, email support@bicepheart-ai.org and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method through Stripe; if you’ve used only part of a pack, we refund the credits you haven’t used in money too.
Can I use my video in an ad?
Yes. Videos may be used commercially: ads, promotions, client work and sponsored posts, as well as personal social accounts.
